Can I change my fonts and wording?
You can! Specify wording/changes in the 'special instructions for seller' textbox in the cart. If you'd like to see our fonts catalogue, get in touch with us via email.
 
What is the standard thickness of your prints?
Our standard thickness of our prints is 210gsm. We are able to make this thicker on request to 420gsm and 630gsm. Please select the "double sided printing / thickness add" option in the add on's if wanting this.
  
I really like a design, but there is no matching RSVP, details card, or other card available
We can create extra cards on request to match your invitation to make a set. Simply select the 'match my set details card' or 'match my set rsvp card' option in 'add-ons' and input the details in the textbox in checkout.
  
What type of foiling do you do?
We work with digital foiling, which is an easier way to achieve the beautiful foil finish without the hefty price tag, but like everything it also comes with its disadvantages. This can limit the range of card stock we work with, hence why we don't offer a massive range of colours, thicknesses and finishes. We are always on the hunt for new stocks to experiment with to widen our range!
  
Do you offer wedding signage?
Unfortunately we don't offer wedding signage larger than A4 at this point in time. Fingers crossed this will be something we can offer in the future! If you need prints of size A4 or smaller, we can definitely help! Get in contact with us.
  
I made a spelling typo - what do I do?
We're all human - it happens! If you've realised you made a mistake in your wording, send us an email asap. If your order has already been printed, I'll happily help you fix this and share the cost of reprinting with you.
  
Where is Bespoken Prints based?
Bespoken Prints is a home based business in Manawatu, New Zealand.
  
Design & proofs of your design
After confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with a proof of your design. Once this has been confirmed by you printing will commence within 5 working days.
  
Making changes after you've placed your order
If you need to make changes to your order, email us immediately. Changes cannot be made once printing has commenced.
    
Can I get my own design printed with Bespoken?
Yes! Providing it meets our criteria. Send us an email to enquire.
   
When will my sample pack arrive?
Sample packs are pre-made and are sent within 2 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking email when this has been sent. 
 
Do you offer envelopes?
Yes! For orders over 50 invitations we offer standard white envelopes for free. if you would like this freebie and qualify, simply add to your purchase from the 'add-on' collection. If you would like our standard envelopes and your order is under 50 prints, these are $0.40 each and also in the 'add-on' collection.
  
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum of 40 prints for invitation prints. If you're wanting to order less than this, please contact us via enquiry page. Small order fees may apply.
 
Nationwide shipping
A flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $300 applies for nationwide shipping. Free shipping applied for orders over $300. We use Courier Post for this service and delivery times are between 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  
International shipping
We do offer international shipping, but charges do vary. For shipping quotes please enquire through the contact form or email.
